type='html'>Esta receta es de un blog que he conocido a través de la página oficial de En tu linea que es estupendisimo. Se llama &lt;a href="http://vamosacomerrico.blogspot.com/2010/11/berenjenas-rellenas-de-atun.html"&gt;¡Vamos a comer sano!&lt;/a&gt;, tiene un montón de recetas puntuadas y todas superbuenas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size:large;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Berenjenas (600 gr) &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;(0PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Atún Claro al Natural, 2 Lata  &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;(2PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;a href="http://vamosacomerrico.blogspot.com/2010/11/salsa-tomate-casera.html" id="body-link" target="_blank"&gt;Salsa de Tomate Casera&lt;/a&gt; Espesa, 100 grs  &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;(2PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tomillo y Orégano en polvo, a gusto &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt; (0PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sal y Pimienta Blanca recién molida, a gusto &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color:red;"&gt;(0PP)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:large;"&gt;Preparación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Abrir las Berenjenas a lo largo, hacer a cada mitad unos cortes  superficiales en forma de rombo, espolvorearlas con bastante sal y  dejarlas así 5 minutos para que pierdan su amargor.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lavarlas después muy bien para que no resulten saladas y secarlas con papel absorbente de cocina.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Vamos a cocerlas en su jugo, que es como mejor quedan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Colocarlas sin amontonar en un recipiente redondo, planito y de gran superficie y, si no caben, hacerlas en dos veces.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taparlo bien y, dependiendo de la cantidad que quepa cada vez,  cocerlas durante 6 o 7 minutos a potencia máxima. Deben quedar lo  suficientemente blandas como para poder vaciarlas con facilidad sin  romper la piel. Se hace muy bien con una cucharita de café o con el saca  bolas del melón y la patata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Trocear esta pulpa, mezclarla con el bonito escurrido algo machacado, la salsa de tomate, las especias y las hierbas aromáticas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rellenar cada mitad de Berenjena con esta mezcla. Reservarlas  hasta el momento de servir.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Calentarlas siempre tapadas. Hacer las berenjenas y los pimientos a la parrilla unos 5 min. Dejar enfriar, salar y cortar en trozos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Calentar el aceite restante en una sartén antiadherente y dorar el ajo. Añadir los tomates y saltear. Añadir el resto de la verdura, las especias, las hierbas y el caldo.
